| We started out as avid readers at a
tender age and, while working in the high tech industry as young
adults, became collectors. Eventually we embarked on a fanatical
pursuit of autographs for our books. For the past twelve years, we
have been meeting authors and illustrators by attending an
average of one science fiction/fantasy convention a month
throughout the country and internationally. We are also
frequently present at bookstore signings. Now, as early
retirees, we have transformed a beloved hobby into a
business.
Formerly located in San
Francisco, California, we have moved south to beautiful San Luis
Obispo on the Central Coast. Ours is not a brick-and-mortar
store. We sell primarily online, to customers all over the
world, and occasionally at science fiction/fantasy conventions
and book fairs.
We have an inventory of more than
ten thousand books of which approximately eighty percent have at
least one autograph and many have more than one signature. Only
a small percentage of our books are currently listed online. We
will gradually be adding books to our online listings. In the
meantime, we welcome inquiries about particular titles and
authors.
