Very rarely is a
shipment lost. Out of more than 3000 shipments
since 2002, five--less than one percent--have
been reported as lost. Insurance is recommended;
uninsured packages are shipped at the buyer's
risk. Moreover, whenever insurance is not
available [for example, the US Post Office does
not offer insurance for standard packages going
to Mexico], we require Registered or Express
Mail International as the shipping method.
